Project Description: A perfect waterfront outlook deserves the best outdoor entertaining area! We designed and built this outdoor extension that totalled over 100m2 of additional living space.

We used an Insulated flyover patio that wraps around the side and back of the house to maximize the area and water views.

To deal with the sloping site, we constructed a Merbau deck of the same size and utilized bold 190x190 Merbau posts to bring the overall look up to the next level!

We finished it off with LED lights and seamless glass balustrade to allow the water views to be seen no matter where you are in the house.
