In Style Patios and Decks is a Patio, Pergola, Carport, Deck and general building company lead by Directors Michael Whillans and Tye Lino servicing the Gold Coast, Brisbane and Northern NSW.

Michael is a Queensland and NSW licensed builder and has been designing and building high quality Patios, Decks and renovations for over 18 years on the Gold Coast while Tye has over 12 years industry experience with the leading Patio manufacturer in Australia.
The combination of these skills ensures our customers get only the best service, design, materials and installation.

We cover all areas from Northern NSW and Gold Coast to all the way through to South Brisbane.
We have local representatives located in Pottsville, Gold Coast and Brisbane.

Council Approval
In Style Patios and Decks take all of the worry out of your next project by submitting and gaining council approval for you. 

We complete all documents and plans required for lodging to council and can advise you where you can and can't build on your property.
