Versatility was the key with our project in Miami on the Gold Coast with this Stratco Cooldek flyover patio being functional as both a patio and carport for the home owner.

With a sprawling front yard, this duplex needed to maximize the entertaining space at the front to make good use of the yard. With a single garage, the addition of the carport allows the home owner to enjoy 2 undercover car spaces which is a necessity in today's home design.
