With wetter than usual times in SEQ an outdoor undercover area that doesn't leak is a necessity! Our client in Robina had a very small 'alfresco' area with no area to entertain in all seasons. 

We utilised the versitile Cooldek insulated flat roofing and attached this to the house via the fascia. This saved considerable cost compared to a flyover, but integrates seamlessly into the house.
