What to look for in a quality patio builder

Not all patio builders work the same way, or offer the same product and price. Many offer a cheaper price at the expense of quality, which is something you don't want. To ensure you are working with a licensed company with a good track record, here are the top 3 points to tick off before hiring: 

 1. Reviews
Look at online reviews of the business to verify their quality. Google reviews are the most trusted, followed by Facebook. Check what people had to say, how many reviews they have and what their score is out of 5?

Also, if they are recommended by a reputable manufacturer, this is a BIG plus.
 
 2. See their work
Ask to see some previous jobs they have done. You want to see photos of jobs they have completed themselves, or even go and visit previous projects of theirs in person to view in your car with a drive-by. 
 
 3. Licenced Professionals
Check their QBCC licence number online at qbcc.qld.gov.au. Do they have an appropriate and valid license to carry out the work? Do they have any fines or marks on their disciplinary record? How many projects have they previously built? (this will be shown)
