The process for the perfect patio build:

1. A first contact is made and an appointment is set.
2. A design consultant will visit you at the property to create the perfect design that will fit your place best, as well as your budget.
3. They then, present your plan to head office.
4. If all is ok, you will obtain a ‘welcome letter’ which will let you know the all the next steps taken.
5. Our team will get in contact with the appropriate people (local council, body corporate, builders etc) to get everything approved.
6. The authorised layout and measurements will then be signed and sent off to the manufacturer to be prepared.
7. You will then receive a letter from us with your installation details (day, approx. time, project manager etc).
